Incorporating nursing theory and evidence-based practice to address the spiritual dimension of clients using the nursing process and the Neuman Systems Model. This course focuses on the client variable of spirituality as described by the Neuman Systems Model, including its assessment and the planning and implementation of spiritual care practices in nursing. Students will explore the concept of spirituality, including their own spirituality as it relates to nursing practice and the difference in religiosity and spirituality.
