LDRS 411 is a full-day professional development seminar that allows cadets to examine their personal values and the leadership lessons learned at The Citadel in the context of their future career goals. Students engage with business, government, and community partners to connect classroom learning with the professional world. Generally, this seminar will be completed on Leadership Day during the fall semester. Students who are unable to attend LDRS 411 on Leadership Day must take the course during the spring semester. Completion of the Senior Leadership Integration Seminar is a graduation requirement.
