Description: The course will prepare students for basic empirical work in economics and business. Students will learn data analysis and regression analysis and have the opportunity to use real data to test economic hypotheses. Notes: Offered in fall. Prerequisites: ECON 215 and QMTH 210 or MATH 141 or MATH 541. All ECON courses numbered above 299 have a prerequisite of junior status, an overall GPA of at least 2.00 and a C- or better in HMXP 102.
