Description: This course will prepare students to plan culturally relevant physical and interpersonal learning environments for children ages 3 through 5. Emphasis is placed on play-based, integrated learning and anti-biased, anti-racist instructional methods in language, literacy, social studies, math, science, and creative arts. Field-based assignments are required in Macfeat Early Childhood Laboratory School. Notes: A grade of "C" or better is required, and this course cannot be taken as S/U. Offered in fall and spring.
