Description: The course will provide opportunities for students to have observation/participation experiences in fitness/wellness settings. Each student will participate in three different areas related to the fitness/wellness cognates. Course will include seminars with instructor, other students, and professionals from different areas in which observation/participation experiences are scheduled. Notes: Offered in fall and spring. Prerequisites: PHED 101.
