Description: A course covering the key principles of performance management and employee development within organizations with an emphasis on applying the principles to contemporary business issues. Prerequisite: Grade of C- or better in MGMT 322, graduate standing or permission of instructor. All MGMT courses above 299 have a prerequisite of junior status, an overall GPA of at least 2.0 and a C- or better in HMXP 102. Notes: Offered in spring.
