This course is In-depth study of gendered violence, with an applied component. Topics include intimate partner violence, sexual assault, sexual harassment, and violence on a global scale. We focus on problems and solutions, including prevention. Examines violence on an institutional, symbolic, and individual level, interrogating the "personal as political," and exposing underlying power structures.
