Emphasis on contracts, torts, the legal process and ethical issues as they relate to the health care manager. Notes: Offered in fall. Prerequisite: HCMT 200 (may be taken as a Corequisite). All HCMT courses numbered above 299 have a prerequisite of junior status, an overall GPA of at least 2.00 and a grade of C- or better in HMXP 102.
