3-0-3 Offered Fall and Spring Semesters Prerequisites: LEG 120, LEG 135, LEG 230, LEG 262 (LEG 132 and LEG 201 may be taken together by students with a 4-year degree (AAS.LEG.APLA) and are on the one-year track) This course is a study of the principles of litigation and the rules of procedure for each court in the South Carolina system including pleading, practice, and discovery procedures.
