Description:
Positive benefits and the negative impact of certain behaviors at cellular, organ, and body-system levels are examined. The pathways of selected injury and disease are explored. Expected physiological changes are applied in identifying strategies for promoting health in the presence (or absence) of disease. Health majors and minors will be given enrollment priority. Coreq: BIOS 2230 or consent of instructor.
