Considers engineering design of systems in a continuous process of project definition, planning, execution, and evaluation. This process includes consideration of both technical and non-technical factors in design. Strong emphasis is placed on the development of effective technical communications skills, particularly oral communications competency. Preq: Electrical Engineering major and ECE 3200, 3300, 3600 and 3800; or Computer Engineering major and ECE 3200, 3220, 3300, 3520 and 3710.
