Includes the take-off of material quantities, assigning labor and equipment production rates, and applying material prices, wage rates, and equipment costs to derive a total job cost. Preq: CSM 2040, 2050, CPSC 1200, all required MTHS courses, Construction Science and Management major, or consent of department chair. Preq or Coreq: BE 2220, CSM 3030.
