(3 credits)(Prereq: A grade of 'C' or better in SPAN*115 or equivalent, or by placement, or with permission of instructor) This course refines oral abilities introduced in SPAN 115 or SPAN 130, developing language skills related to speaking and listening up to a novice low-mid proficiency (cf. ACTFL) necessary for communicating in everyday situations in Hispanic cultures. It also continues exposing students to the many facets of Hispanic cultures in general. F,S,May,Su.
