(For students continuing in chemistry) this course is a continuation of the study of atomic and molecular structure nomenclature and equations properties reactions and states of matter stoichiometry gas laws solutions and equilibria. Other topics included are kinetics thermodynamics and electrochemistry. This course should be considered a basis for future studies in other areas of chemistry. Note: The lab portion of this course may require off-campus meetings for which students will be responsible for their own transportation. Prerequisite(s): Minimum grade of C in CHM 110. (3/3)
