This course focuses on a study of organizational and administrative theory, concept, principles, and practices. Specific topics include development of an organizational plan, decision-making, effective communication, personnel administration, and facility and budgetary development/management. Emphasis is placed upon the role and application of effective organizational and adminstrative procedures in physical education, exercise science, and athletic training. Prerequisite: C or better in PEES 219. Three semester hours.
