This course covers the various skills needed to safely and independently play the game of ultimate frisbee. Positions, throws, catches and offensive and defensive strategies are learned and built upon until the student is competent to play in a game situation. The spirit of the game , unique to ultimate frisbee, is stressed as well as the concept of ultimate frisbee as a lifetime healthy activity to be enjoyed by all. One semester hour.
