A continuation of PHYS 101. Subjects covered are: electricity (electric fields, AC and DC circuits); magnetism; optics (geometric and physical); and modern physics. PHYS 102 is not open to students who have passes PHYS 112 or HONS 158. Lectures three hours per week.
