An introduction to the various levels of operations in the European headquarters of international firms with extensive investments and/or operations in South Carolina. By means of on-site plant and office visitations, participants will examine managerial styles, cultural environments, decision-making techniques and systems and will have opportunities to observe and analyze the management philosophies, practices and outcomes in firms located in the major Western European industrial nations.
