Training in the audio-lingual method of teaching simple Latin dialogues; strategies for transferring Latin vocabulary to English; an introduction to selected stories from classical mythology and to certain aspects of Roman culture. NOTE: Although this course may be applied toward a major in Classical studies, it does not count toward the minimum degree requirement in humanities. This course does not count toward a minor in linguistics; it is not part of the linguistics program.
