This course surveys the residential real estate industry. Topics include housing market analysis, valuation and appraisal methods, real estate transactions, and loan processes and documentation. This course fulfills the pre-licensing requirements for a real estate salesperson license in accordance with required curriculum of the South Carolina Real Estate Commission. Prerequisites: "C" or better in ACCT 201, BA 101, MATH 211, and either ECON 101 or ECON 201 or ECON 202. Three credit hours
