Description:
This course examines the various sport and recreation opportunities available for individuals with disabilities, and prepares students to provide safe and appropriate sport and recreation activities across a variety of functional abilities. The accompanying lab provides students with opportunity to engage in hands on skill development associated with the provision of these activities. Upon completion of the course, students receive specialty adaptive sport certification from Blaze Sports America.
